Dimitri Rascalov is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series appearind as the main antagonist in GTA IV and is also mentioned in The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Dimitri is known for betraying everybody sorrounding him including his close friends such as Mikhail Faustin and people who he uses first like Niko Bellic then stabs them in the back, besides Ray Bulgarin who is the the only one he didn't betray.
He is voiced by Moti Margolin.
