The Bureaucrats (also known as B'crats) are senior editors on the Wiki. As well as being full administrators, they have limited user rights management abilities: They can promote and demote rollbackers, administrators, moderators, and they can promote other users to bureaucrat although they cannot demote other bureaucrats.
Bureaucrats are the highest rank of authority on the wiki. While they should generally not be considered higher ranking and "more important" than an administrator, it is their responsibility to enforce Wikia-wide rules such as copyright and keeping biographical articles neutral and non-defamatory. Although demotions should be handled by community discussion, Bureaucrats are authorized to revoke the user rights of an administrator who has "gone rogue" or otherwise abused the tools he\she was entrusted with.
The Administrators (known also as Admins or Sysops) are trusted editors, equipped with the tools to keep the wiki running smoothly. They can issue blocks to troublesome editors, revert vandalism using the rollback tool, delete and move pages. They are authorized to use the tools at their disposal to deal with issues facing the wiki to the best of their ability.
Moderators (known also as Mods) are trusted editors granted the ability of banning or un-banning users from the chat and the rollback tool to keep the wiki free of any vandalism. With a single click, they can revert edits.
Promotion on Rockstar Games Wikia is done by community vote. To request adminship or moderator's tools go to Rockstar Games Wiki:Requests for Promotion and state which position you'd like and your reasons why.
